By using any FY FitMan services, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products and coaching services, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Results Vary

Your results depend on your effort, consistency, and adherence to the plan. FY FitMan does not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Health Disclaimer

Always consult your physician before beginning any fitness or nutrition program. You are solely responsible for your health and actions.

4. Coaching Commitment

By enrolling in any FY FitMan program, you agree to:

• Follow the program to the best of your ability

• Provide honest and timely check-ins

• Communicate any health changes or challenges

5. Usage Restrictions

• All FY FitMan materials (PDFs, guides, videos, workouts) are for personal use only

• You may not copy, share, or resell any content without written permission

6. Digital Community Conduct

Participation in our free Facebook group and 60-Day Challenge requires respectful conduct. We reserve the right to remove members who violate group guidelines.
